At Freebird, we want you to glow with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened and protective seals are intact where applicable.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or shipment once it arrives at our facility.
